At The Green Office, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, this page explains the process clearly and simply.

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover the return or collection cost.
