Returning Your Items
Once your return is approved, please package the item securely and include your order reference inside the parcel. Using a tracked delivery service is recommended where possible.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Photos help
Please provide photos where possible so we can assess the issue quickly.
We cover the cost
If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover the return or collection cost.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are usually processed within 5-7 working days and sent back to the original payment method.
Exchanges and Late Refunds
No direct exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item you need.

Please check your bank account, contact your payment provider, and then contact us if the issue still has not been resolved.
