Delivery and Returns
At The Green Office, we strive to provide the best possible delivery and returns experience for our customers. Here's what you need to know:
We offer standard delivery within the UK, which typically takes 2-3 business days. Orders over £75 qualify for free standard delivery, while orders under £75 will incur a £5.95 delivery fee.
We also offer express delivery within the UK, which typically takes 1-2 business days. Express delivery costs £11.95.
Please note that we do not currently offer international delivery.

We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, and we want to make this process as easy as possible for you. Here's our returns policy:
- You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or store credit.
- The item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.
- Certain items such as sanitary, food, drink and customised products are non-returnable.

We're proud to offer free returns on all orders, so you can shop with confidence. If you need to return an item, simply contact us and we'll provide you with a free returns label.

Commonly asked questions
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We currently only deliver to the UK mainland. Unfortunately, we are sometimes unable to deliver to the Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands.
Do you send parcels to PO Box addresses?
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. All deliveries require a signature to ensure that order arrives safely and is received by the correct customer.
Is furniture available for next day delivery?
We may be unable to deliver furniture as part of our next business day delivery service. These products are delivered using specialised couriers who will contact you the day prior to delivery with an expected delivery time.
If I order several items, will they be delivered at the same time?
The delivery time of your order depends on the type of products you have ordered and their expected delivery time.
If all of your products are available for next-day delivery, they should be delivered at the same time.
If your products are a mixture of next-day delivery and 2 – 3 business days, they will be sent to you on different delivery days depending on product availability. Product availability can be checked in the product description before adding an item to your basket.
Can I change my delivery address after an order has been placed?
Unfortunately, you will be unable to edit or change your delivery address after an order has been placed. Please ensure you check this information thoroughly prior to placing your order.
Returns & Replacements
We will refund an item or order if you are not completely satisfied with it provided it is returned to us in its original, unopened packaging with all the accessories and instructions.
To return an item, you will need to contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. If you contact us more than 7 days after delivery, we may be able to accept the goods back, but not at full credit value.
Due to health and safety reasons, we are unable to offer refunds on health and sanitary products nor food or drink items including biscuits, coffee and water.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges for items. If you would like to exchange your item for an alternative, we suggest you return the unwanted goods to us for processing and place a new order.
We regret to advise that any product including but not limited to: food with a sell-by date, chemical, medical or material-based items that will degrade over time, purchases where our suppliers, in turn, refuse our return, bespoke or custom-made products, items purchased in bulk (over £500 selling price), items purchased in error, orders where any item of the complete order has in any way been opened, used, tampered with or items where the outer packaging is not in a pristine or resalable condition as new; are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable
